Hello from the Omicron Fleet

Salutations, I am Isil Rahsen, Diplomatic Liaison for the Omicron Fleet
(OMF). We're looking to establish diplomatic ties with other fleets in
preparation for the launch of STO. We'd love to get a dialogue going
between our two fleets, with the intention of forming a pact or
agreement of some sort, because there's no such thing as having too many
