Appearance: Chiyeko is a small build person with dark green hair as result of genetic engineering which was done to save his life from a rare affection he got a uncharted planet. His skin is light of colour and his eyes are light grey because they are both implants.

Personality: Chiyeko is a young active person who loves to train and have some fun on a holodeck. One of his other hobbies is bow making which he learned from a old man in former china. He also has a passion for whiskey and always has a good bottle on his desk in his office and quarters. Because of his genetic engineering he is not a sportsman because he sees it as unfair.

Chiyeko is a sharp looker and rarely missed things in people. Thanks to his fast thinking he can keep his voice calm and casual most of the time. He is not familiar with working on star ships as he just got his first assignment on one. He likes to work with just a few people and doesn't look at working hours. And just like most intel people around him he works around the clock when it is needed but if the work is little they don't mind to take a day off without informing the captain or any one ells.

When not on duty he loves to have a good conversation with people around him and of course he loves to visit the bar for his regular whiskey. Even though it is not allowed to drink under working hours Chiyeko still does this just because he loves the taste. the HQ where he has been working was a relaxed place and rules where rarely uphold, this plays trough in his acting nowadays. He probably has some time to go before he gets used to them all.

Background:
Chiyeko was born on earth and had a normal childhood and a happy family. After finishing school he decided to join Star Fleet marines at the age of 18. But after a year of training he was approached by Star fleet intelligence for his clever on the pot thinking and good preparation on the training missions. He took the offer and was flown to an unknown location to continue his training.

During his 2-year training he received a great record. At the age of 21 he was finished with the training and received the rank of Lt. jg. Thanks to his excellent record in small arms and close combat skills his first mission was a dirty assassination to stabilise a industrial planet so it could grow on. His mission was a success but he took a rare disease with him.

After months of pain in a hospital the doctors decided that only genetic modifications could save his life. It took them two months to get the permission to perform it. The only deal was that if it went wrong and they created a other Khan he would be killed. But the operation was a success. The doctors took the opportunity to improve him on all fronts as swell. With the idea of now we are busy. In the end 1 month before his 22nd birthday he woke up. He now could think and act a little bit faster but nothing of the scale.

It took Chiyeko more than year to get used to the alterations. Than at the age of 24 he returned into active service. Because the whole mission had been a success save for his disease he had received a promotion to full LT as well. Now he was assigned back to HQ to the encryption department. It took him some time before he got used to their stile of working but he managed to slot in after several months. It also appeared that even though it wasn’t his strongest point he was pretty good at the job. Their main job was the decrypt Klingon and Romulan transmissions. With the high chance for an war with the Klingon empire focus drifted more and more to the Klingons. The Romulan Empire on the other hand was very unstable ever since the destruction of Romulus it had been gaos with each of the empires houses trying to get to power. Chiyeko thanked them for this gaos for at Intel they knew war was coming and fast.

But it didn’t come as fast as they had though and chiyeko who had after almost 6 years worth of encryption work received promotion twice and was now a full commander. Now he was about to be sent to his second field trip but this one was different. Even with the Romulan Empire unstable Starfleet didn’t ignore them and Chiyeko was sent in to retrieve information.

Lucky for Chiyeko the unstable form of the star Empire had attracted a colourful crowd to it. Smugglers mercenaries and the lot was to be found around. Chiyeko blended in with ease as he travelled from one house to a other to get information on their plans. For 2 full years he was travelling around before he was certain that he had collected all he could and went home.

Than he took his first real leave and went to old earth china for half a year. His former master of bow making had long since past away but his son was still practising the ancient art. For those 6 months of his leave he went working with this man day after day crafting some of the finest bows around. Chiyeko was at peace now and he needed it for he had been on edge for many years and even though tensions rose the war didn’t seem to be ready yet. But all good thing come to an end and Chiyeko had to get back to intel HQ. The man he had be working with gave him a bow crafted with a skill even chiyeko couldn’t match as a good gift. Chiyeko took it with the matching quiver and arrows. In return Chiyeko handed the man a bow of Romulan design that was not much different the man took it with delight and observed it as Chiyeko was beamed up.

Back at intel HQ they had a small surprise for him in store a promotion to full captain for his services during his time in the Empire. Chiyeko assumed that the information he had found had to be good than. Than he walked to the vice admiral in charge to request a new assignment.

Well when you get going in the fleet, you can show the 3 admiral buy being active with RP posting on the boards and they move you out of gamma squad you will be given a post one you like and are suited for. as in and inteligence OP. we do have one. its not listed becouse its select players and you have high clearance when the game comes out.
if you want a spot in this Squad you will have to talk to admiral Nova more. i cant say any more than that right now !
