My main interest in Star Trek Online will be both exploration and PvP, and I'd also like to stay heavy into RP both pre- and post-launch.

I want to watch how the backstory develops as the game progresses to Beta and release before finalizing my bio, but the basics are as follows:

He is a Betazoid, originally trained as a medical doctor/psychiatrist before transferring to Command. He has a firm grasp of starship tactics, though his true strength lies in his ability to seek out alternate resolutions to conflicts.

Assigned to Red Squadron following transfer to command due to his breadth of knowledge in xenopsychology and life sciences. Also trained in crisis negotiation. His hobbies include writing poetry and playing classical guitar. Mal is married to an artist who currently lives on Earth, and has two children.

Commodore Butters here as the one in charge, unofficially, of the welcome and orientation committee welcome to red squad and as a fellow RP’er welcome twice over, the next major RP arc should come around in a few weeks, also do you have a name for you ship, and bridge crew? The bridge crew is just something extra but the ship name is imperative. As Recce squad commander I thin you would fit well in there as the med officer, also you can down load Voon at tentonhammer.com and fallow the links to voon chat server, it is necessary for meetings and will most likely be used as the main voice server in game

I'll download VOON ASAP. As for ship name, I'm considering a couple actually. The U.S.S. Evangeline and the U.S.S. Stillwater. I'd definitely be interested in hashing out my character's background as well when you have the time. I'd also gladly serve in the Recce squad as Medical Officer.
