3. Character Occupation/field : Engineering for Reconnaissance Team
4. Bio: Off in a distant corner of Alpha quadrant the race of Pladians have finally broken the barrier of space travel and discovered warp technology. After first contact by the Federation, it is decided that in order to develop lasting relations with the Federation a few hopefuls are to be sent to join the academy. Of the initiates, one Gambino Polter stands out as an eager and engineering minded cadet. His quick wit and ability to think outside the box finds him being recommended for a special accommodation that would allow him to captain a small ship with the duty of assisting in repairs/rendering aid/and light exploration upon graduation. After several years of hard work and dedication, Gambino is finally given his chance to really shine when a newly outfitted Type VII science vessel is found to be without a captain and Polter's name for possible alternatives is at the top of the list.

some info about myself

Gaming: I have been playing MMOs sense FFXI came out, hit up or at least watched my firends play about every one sense then. I enjoy FPS, RTS, and am also looking forward to Prototype next.
Work/school: I work overnight as a stalker (love what you have done with the place by the way) and also take classes at ITT 3 days a week. So most of my gaming time is early morning and a few hrs before i go into work.
RP: Never been big into RPing but I do have an active imagination and am not averted to trying new things.
Star Trek: Long time fan of the series (TNG more than the original)

thoue im confused are you intersted in switching to red squad?

if so youseem to be intersted in the exploration bit of it as am i and so i would like to offer you a postion in Recce Squandron i would like to form a group of independent people that can work well toghether as a 4 or 5 man cell and welcom to red squadron Quin should be in touch with you later and what name do you use on the forum at startrekonline.com? the same?

i also enjoy RST and FPS so we need to have a match some time, i love the RP seen even with my dyslexia, and i play as about 7 or 8 people in my crew, each a fleshed out persona and a good mix of spiceses

I tried to enlist with the Red Shirts first thinking that they would be a fun bunch of people to hang around with. But after three days and no reply to my app. I looked further into their activities and realized they are nowhere as active as I thought (I would like to be part of a fleet that I can converse with from time to time)

That is why I decided to try the Red Squadron Fleet. (also don't need to change the letters on my avatar Wink

)

As for the challenge Capt. Butters, I'll PM you a list of games I have and then, we shall see.

Last console i played on was the PS2 and haven't broken it out in years, but I look forward to STO and have been browsing your forums and found a lot of info I didn't know. Also watched the 3 part "Of gods and men" and was blown away that I had not heard of that before. I have also installed Voon and hope to be allowed to participate in the first official fleet meeting on May 17th.
